[QoL] Add server-wide population count to [/who] command

Change [/who] command to reflect server-wide population in addition to its current display.

Or add a feature to the launcher where it shows currently connected clients.

At some later point we will have population numbers shown somewhere. Maybe on the launcher, maybe on the forum, maybe in discord, maybe on the herald. This QoL will definitely happen, but we will have to fix other issues first.

/serverinfo will now show exactly this.

severinfo also shows count for each class in every realm, which is very nice.

The 40+ minimum animists at all times -__-
