Just an idea, RR respecs are provided for this event, however there are several classes whose specs change based on RR, and having to respec skills constantly is going to be costly for the week. Is it possible to consider providing free skill respecs during event as well? Just a thought.

I think it was deliberately not put up.
The suggestion was brought up before, but there has been a week of daily Epic Dungeon Raids with 2x Feather bonus. One run alone should net you the equivalent of 5 full respecs. So partaking in realmwide events should benefit of each other being the logic here maybe?

Yeah, your character has totally been disabled because you're too cheap or lazy to spend an hour earning two plat.
Learn the difference between the words "can't" and "won't", because you are 100% able to play your characters without respeccing, you just refuse to.

These poor little guys are really struggling out here and this is how they are treated? You can't even begin to empathize with their lived experience, and you shouldn't even try-- your job is to listen and agree. Any individual PoS (Person of Stealth) posting in threads like this deserves to be heard and not silenced by dissenting voices as they have been time and time again throughout history.
Let's take a moment to really understand what has been systematically taken from each PoS--
They lost their purge 5
They lost their free spec points
They lost their massively augmented stats
They lost their insane swing speed
They lost their viper and vanish
They lost ALL OF THEIR HYPERSCALING
...and all you can do is be pedantic? SAD. This is a structural problem that has been in place for days now, and we visible players, even those of us who don't think we are part of the problem, are all responsible for its continuation. Our silence is just as problematic as the developers' intentional actions. We are all complicit.
To each PoS out there I just want to let you know that I'm here to listen and to learn. I look at threads like this as an opportunity to hear each PoS's unique voice and perspective, and I'm thankful for it.

i rahter dont play during the event than wasting time for something I voted against.... i dont get why RA respecs are free buf fulls are not, doesnt make any sense
and no playing a stealther with 7-10 points missing in stealth is pretty much pointless

i was a bit surprised about inoeth comment, especially after Adwaenyth had made a pretty decent point (that i hadn't considered before) but didn't really know what to respond, so for once i just didn't

This event caters the visi classes and group play, it wasn’t meant for solo stealthers. Why else they don’t offer free skill respecs but are offering RR respecs? You can buy the same RR respec stones with feathers, so that argument is null. They are filtering out most of the assassins from the event.

while assassins are probably most affected, they aren't the only classes effected by suboptimal speccs because of the lower RR-bonus

No one will lose a group fight due to missing points in the weapon line.
And this effect is only really "dramatic" if you have a huge bonus like for beeing rr10+
But if you are RR10+ you are such a good player it shouldn't matter you can easily make up for this difference compared to a rr5 specced scrub by sheer experience and skill of RR10+ ^^
