Portal keep recharging

I’m not sure if it’s been mentioned before but it would be really handy to have a recharger stationed in the portal keeps instead of having to port back to the home realm frontier zone. Not a game changer but handy.

I don't see any reason why a Smith and Recharger couldn't be stationed in the frontier keeps. Would be a small QoL improvement.

Bugs me sometimes, having to port back, recharge and port again. Sometimes I actually just "gimp" my self due to being lazy and not wanting to bother with the porting.
