Player Crafted Arrows need to be better than vendor arrows...just like most other crafted items are

There has to be a reason to craft and buy PLAYER made arrows besides the fact that they may be a little cheaper. THEY NEED TO PERFORM BETTER. Perhaps more range ? Perhaps more damage /accuracy ?
