Petition for Mastery of Arts (Realm Ability increasing Cast Speed) for Thanes

Thanes are very underpowered during this patch level and it seems silly to grant Mastery of Arms and not Mastery of Arts to this class. This class will basically be never played unless some love is given. I think this is a natural and needed fix for the class. If some things are not added, this will definitely be a ghost class on the server.

Who doesn't want to see the aeo hammers fly once more?!?!?

Keep in mind they are getting NF static tempest which is very powerful.

That being said giving Thanes access to some more casting RAs seems like a no brainer. It makes them more interesting to build and it only marginally increases their strength if at all.
