I was thinking back to older servers which had this for grouped / solo play. Obviously the current task system in place creates action and realm points for every gamer level, so this is not a remove and replace suggestion.
Solo -
NPC in the relic town/main keeps which grants a task to go into the frontiers and kill 25 players - (Reward X Amount RP/BP)
Group -
NPC in the relic town/main keeps which grants a task to go into the frontiers and kill 100 players - (Reward X Amount RP/BP)
Could even make these task zone specific and rotate areas which could improve monotonous small man farming solos, excessive doc camping and similar events during lower population hours.
