Offline /who for multi realmers

I play on the 3 realms.

I'd love to be able to /who to see which of my guilds is the more present or if a specific friend is playing.

Pretty simple. Don't know how hard it is to do. I don't see any cons against it but maybe there is so feel free to say so with an explanation

I think I understand how it would work. You get home from a long day at work (more than 12 hours has elapsed since you logged in last) and want to know which realm to play (i.e. which friends, guildies, etc. are available). Seems like a reasonable question for someone that plays regularly in multiple realms.

The issue is that we already have tools like discord and IM to do exactly this kind of thing, as well as for voice comms once you do log on.
