The powerplayers will pull ahead easy enough. Implement tasks later to give casuals a way to keep up with the pack.

Same goes for the pve heavy realms like hib and alb. Locking relics might be a good idea to stop pve relic raids before other realms have a chance to lvl up a decent amount of 50s to def.
