Nightshades and Wild Power - Phoenix Freeshard

Is there a specific reason why Nightshades do not have the ability to skill Wild Power?
With classic RA's they had Viper & Wild Arcana which made them the dot specialists.
Here all assassins get viper like they did with the New Frontiers RA revamp, but Wild Power is gone.

why?

NS spells nerfed back to normal, there's no real worry of that now...

Wild Power on this server affects DoT-procs from weapons, and if it affects poisons (did in beta during old RA's) the combination of those 2 means Wild Power on a NS is a no-go.

If it only affected the insta-DD and casted-DD for a NS it wouldn't be that bad.

It always effected poisons and made them critable, that is and has always been the whole point of the skill for nightshades.
Can you tell me why this is a "no-go" ? It never was a game breaker on live, why should it be here?

At one time MoM and WP affected casted spell damage. And was quite funny to watch a few NS just cast down some toons with max cast speed etc. Live got rid of it because too many whined it was OP.
Was kinda funny while it lasted though

Sure why not? It's not that it would be crazy op
And without investing masses of skillpoints it will be a hardly recognizable critchance anyways
