What about introduce a new Potion for 10 Phoenix Claws:
Potion of Swiftness
Hastener Speed, 7 Charges usable after 10 sec. of a Fight. Same behave as Hastener.
Dont want to be a big target with a horse, and Horses in general are rarely used in RvR.
