More staff reskins

Not super important but I’d like some of the ToA staffs, namely staff of gods hehe.

Staves are the only item type right now that has a decent amount of reskin options.. Most item types have the same 1-3 weird options. 75% of the server have GoV skin on their vest.

Yes it has a bunch of options but they're all terrible. We need tartaros gift!
