more hastener

Lots of hastener are missing. Next to every stable or porter should be a hastener.

This is a good idea. Also, make them last 20 minutes so non speed solos can get out to action in pvp.

Yeah, the duration shouldn't matter simply because as soon as you attack or are attacked it goes away. This would be another wonderful QoL change.
