Staffs with 331 dd charge were really common on this patch 1.65, but as u can see on housing nearly no one sells, cause they are harder to get, then to go from lvl 1-50 on this shard…did now some 200 windswepts wraiths, but from the normal loot table only Band of ice drops sometimes.
So i ask to implement more of those staffs with 331 dd charges, like shown here (but there should be much more) :
