Mentalist Charm - Suggestion In Lieu of Cancelled Changes From Recent Patch

I saw that there were proposed changes to the mentalist charm that ultimately got scrapped. I wanted to propose changes based on the current live Mentalists Spell Lines for Charm that achieve what sounded like the goal (giving access to green charm to more Menties) while still keeping the pulsing charm for Light Ments.

There are 2 changes to the spell line to implement this:
1. Add Sorcerer Like Charm (in addition to pulsing charm) to Light Spec at 11 Light (max lv 26), 20 Light (max lvl 40), and 32 Light (max lvl 50).
2. Change the Remove Memorization spell from 28 Mentalism (as is currently the case on Phoenix) to 19 Mentalism (as it is on live).

Most folks agree that 45-46 is going to be the stopping point for any popular Mentalist spec, with the spells at the following levels above, every Mentalist Spec should be able to access at minimum both Mes Cure and a high green (lv 40) pet (46 main spec, 20+ Light, 19+ Mentalism).

These charm and cure mez levels I propose are exactly the same as live right now, link below:

I'd like the perma-charm for PVE/QOL/sheer ease of use, and I'm not sure it'd meaningfully impact balance because the song is simply better in RVR due to its mez-breaker power.

Mentalist wasn't bad at all
then they got nearsight and triple-resi debuffs

Are they perfect? Probably not...but on a priority list of "where should development time be invested" they surely are pretty far down the list

A modified Light spec of 11-18 (4+11 / 4+7 / 4+14) is already enough to have access to green pets.
You need 4 points in "Light Magic" to actually get the lvl4 Charm Spell (Humanoids).

I don't think it can be easier than this.

Furthermore, as a Sidenote:
I'm pretty sure the Phoenix Team not only know about all "Live" counterparts, not only own active Player Accounts for the Live-Server, but they also are in (or have) contact with the Broadsword DaoC Team (may it only be to a lesser extent).
Offering them "Live" solutions could be superfluous somehow.
