Melee Group Utility Ideas - Melee Resist Debuffs and Melee equivalent of PBT

So in addition to having superior DPS delivery method (compared to melee) casters have other self and group utility in the form of debuffing magic resists all the way to negative value and PBT to negative melee damage attacks. So how about melees get similar but milder abilities to debuff melee resists or introduce PBT to negate some of the caster damage spells connecting? And before you say melee can't be interrupted while casters can, its called root/snare/disease. In addition when I say caster's have a superior dps delivery method they don't have to deal with things like being strafed/run through to negate positional melee combat styles executing (which further waters down melee dps) and just being kited through various means of cc and speed. I mean it would be nice for melee to be able to kite casters but unfortunately the game mechanics/nature does not allow that. Also I would like to hear your thoughts on any other melee utility ideas.

If you want to negate caster damage, rupt them.
You still can not be rupted, you just get peeled off, thats a difference.
Caster also have to deal with people running through so they lose LOS to the target.
What is preventing you from kiting casters? They cant run and shoot at the same time. I do not understand why people think if you play melee groups you can not kite at all.

No need for changes imo. Balance between casts and melee is in a good spot.
