Make Tower Captains immune to damage while the tower gate is closed

It is currently possible to glitch pets into towers and kill a tower lord without sieging the tower at all. My suggestion is to make it impossible to damage Tower Captains (or Keep Lords) while the gate to the tower or inner keep are not open.
