Have you looked at the numbers lately? There really is no underpopulated realm. I am surprised that anyone gets this bonus.

I would love to have an underpopulation bonus since I play Hib, but I doubt the rest of the server would.

Whose fault is it that Albion is outnumbered by Hibernia in the frontier even though Albion has a higher population online?
If there is an underpop bonus AT ALL it should go to the realm with fewer people online.
