Make Acuity buffs affect non-list-caster Acuity?

Just thinking outside the box here and wondering why this hasn´t been addressed yet (kinda like odd rising stats but that´s another topic) - I mean it´s software, it can be changed to meet expectations. In those 20 years there was never a compelling reason or explanation for it, it was and still is confusing new players the way it is because it is the way it is, separating casters whose spells are kept in a list from those whose spells are replaced working differently (base crit chance too) for some reason.

It also hinders Midgards AoE zerg capability, both on Thanes and Shamans. Shaman AoE DoT is much weaker than that of Cabalists, Wizards and Mentalists due to Acuity buffs (and only buffs) not affecting Acuity, and also the BA BD´s AoE DoT had to be a weaker version to not surpass the Cave Shaman´s. And while RMs do their job as ranged AoE nuke (and maybe GTAE), SMs as PBAE (and maybe NM, not much else) in zergs and keeps fights - they are pretty bland compared to the other realm casters (with PBAE and ranged damage in one package, or ranged pets, or even stun nukes and auto-targetting ranged pets etc.)

It would obviously also help the odd Smite Clerics (and every Cleric´s base nukes) and a couple hybrids, mostly speed classes with their instant DDs but also Reaver and Champ instants.
