Lower the cast speed of snare spec

I think it would be good to lower the speed cast to 2.6 to be on par with the base DD.
To invest all 50 lvl for a snare spec but having it's cast speed to 3.0 compare to the base DD 2.6 is not worth much.

Both spells have same cost, same damage. but the spec cast is slower

.

It's self balancing. There is no additional effect with the baseline nuke while the spec nuke has a snare attached to it. A better argument would be to increase the delve damage to merit spending points into the line as opposed to reducing the cast time. Alternatively, the damage type could be changed to cold so it could be useful in cold debuff trains. Either way, I personally don't think it needs to be changed.

It's just not worth it to spend the point to 50 just to get that effect. Might as well use a lower version just to snare and still use DD for Dmg. I guess an increase in delve could compensate.

A change to cold type wouldn't do much, again if you want to assist train, might as well use the Base since it's faster.
Maybe the problem is the lvl 50 spec itself and should be move down to a lvl 45.
