Lower Cost Recharge

I'd like to submit a suggestion for recharge cost. Definitely feels high for the amt of money gained in RvR. Yes... I can pve to make this money for recharge... But, I feel that RvR should pay for itself esp when it comes to recharge. Either give more coin, or lessen the recharge amt, imo. If im spending 300g to recharge after a few runs... WHEW! Anyone else?

ALSO ... We all know keep Lords are ridiculous hp. A lvl 1 keep should net 100 feathers... a lvl 10 should net 1000 feathers... make it worth our 10-15 on the Lord. Keep takes aren't everyone's fave as it is.. and the idea of sitting up there for 15 min instead of out roaming ... make it worth. We need those feathers for barrels.

Agree 100% but i think better solution is to make charges last 20 minutes, just takes the awful pain away from the back of your head trying to remember charges every second so you can use everything effectively.

Agree on recharge costs being high. Making them 15min would be good too. Currently spending alot every night on charges and not even taking into account draughts. Also 10charge max is sometimes a pain because there is no recharger in pk and u can be out roaming and running out of charges quickly. Buying or farming extra items just to prevent that is not a decent workaround. Perhaps implement an upgrade system from the recharger that allows higher max and make it cost the cost of the charges + a one time fee?

And regarding the keeps. Lvl10keeps are way too easy to maintain compared to live during 1.65... It cost alot of guild BP points. Doors did not upgrade automatically (although since it's easier to get rams here I can ignore that)
But the keep lord being so tanky is just annoying. Doesn't add a challenge if you're 2 or 3fg.just adds a buttload of boring mob hitting. Killing caravans should get bigger penalties on higher lvl keeps like kill 1caravan =10 to 9. Once the keep goes lower it can require multiple caravan kills. It should not be static penalty at all lvls

In regards to keep Lords, they're buffed because the keeps are where you house relics and that makes sense.

But, the relic being in the keep should buff the lords health pool. No reason for keep Lords to take longer to kill than the dragons if there's no relic in the keep.

The Lord takes longer to kill than both doors. They should be a deterrent for an 8 man to just run around d busting zergs and scooping up keeps. They should not take 70+ enough time to fight the same opposing faction 3 times.

Absolutely agree with both.

Charges are ridiculous prices... especially for 10 mins.

Keeps are taking way too long. You have 6 grps and you are still sitting there for 10 minutes. The guards shouldn't be respawning before the keep lord is down when that many people are on the Lord.

Cost is not an issue. Gold is so easy to get on Phoenix it's almost dumb. Then comparing this to Uthgard it's completely worth it.

Uthgard: 40g + having to buy the renewal material+ the massive inconvenience of needing an alchemist
Phoenix: 100g and 100% more convenient just to drop it on recharger

I'd pay twice as much just to have these charges last 20min.

If multiple people are saying cost is an issue, then it's an issue. Just because you can farm gold doesn't mean everyone else can.

Many people want to do nothing but RvR. As it stands, that's not a viable method of keeping yourself equipped with alchemy items. It's a flaw considering what the end game of daoc is all about.

I believe that there are instant 50 shards with free everything.
You don't have to do any PvE at all. How are those doing? Perhaps you should look into them.

why not both?

you get yours, others can get cheaper recharges by struggling through the "massive inconvenience" of needing an alchemist
