For housing merchant automatically tack on Utility of ROG items as Copper amount or add toggle command to enable doing so
It would be way easier to find what you're looking for on housing since there is no direct way to filter by utility
This suggestion is just for rings, bracers, etc, but can be useful for ROG armor/weapon too, or spotting crafted items that are already SC'd
For items witth more than 100 utility Silver can be used for hundred's value
ie Setting a 104 utility at 10p shows up as 10p 00g 01s 04c,
and 36 utility at 100g as 00p 100g 00s 36c
