There are two main charges that some realms have access to and some don't. I feel like a good change would be to normalise and let every realm have access to the same charges. Let's start by comparing the two big ones.
1. Power charges
- Currently each realm has a 20% power charge use able by their main healers/armor of main healers
- Hib has a 50power charge for everyone else
- Mid has a 70power charge for everyone else
-Alb does not have a power charge for everyone else
2. AOE dd charge
- Currently every realm has access to a pbae dd charge through DF
- Mid has access to a 350 radius rechargeable aoe dd charge
- Hib has access to a one time use 350radius dd charge dropped from an SI boss
- Alb does not have an aoe dd charge.
I think these two effect rvr the most and my suggestion would be to give everyone access to the same thing. Let hib mid alb get 70power charge, and let hib mid alb all get a 350radius aoe dd charge that's rechargeable.
Solution: Add these items through bits and pieces at the very least so people can craft them similar to the current reactive procs (heal,ablative, dmg add)
There are other items that are not the same either by looking at the list (some heal charges) but I want to start off the discussion with the two big high impact ones that effect rvr the most. I would like people to comment if they agree, disagree, and why.
