Last Man Standing Event

I think many people enjoyed the last man standing solo zone, when it was highly populated.

The main flaw of it was to not start, if there were not 10 people at a time qued up, leading to endless que times and eventually to the end of the zone being used.

-------
Could we bring it back as an event for a few days, maybe half weekend, half weekdays for 4 days or so?

To avoid the ques not starting at low pop it could add an automatic port into the zone every 2 minutes, or if no new person qued up for 1 or 2 minutes.

-------

For those who missed this, when it was implemented, it works like this:

10 players que up, then you get ported into a small arena and fight against all others until only 1 guy survives, Hunger Games style.

Then you get ported out and can que up again. - If you die early you can just release and que up again right away.

It was lots of fun, especially when everyone played it wildly adding style, as it was intended.

Great idea but..
what about all the sins just waiting with purge, vanish and first aid up for the last man standing which used everything to survive and finish him?

Should add a timer to avoid that. for example if you are not in combat for the last 20-30seconds you will be kicked from the instance zone.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that if you had endless queue times when the requirement was just 10 people, perhaps the event wasn't very popular.

The zone was very popular, the problem is some hours of the day are low pop unavoidably - so at some point of the day the zone has below 10 players - the struggle was always to refill it to a healthy pop at 30+ people, so if you die in the first que you don't have to wait for the last guy to die before your nxt que starts.

Eventually this flaw led to the decline of the zone, if it had automatic port ins after a timer it would have never died.

That used to happen sometimes, but most sins understood it was about fast action and they were blocking themselves out of action if they didn't attack.

If a sin would simply not show up i used to logg out and back in and que anew, it's not like there was a big reward for being the last guy standing anyway, the fighting until then is the fun part ;D.

It wasn't an event though, so once population was down it just didn't go up...because noone wanted to be the first person, or the second, etc...standing around

I am not saying that having it as event will bring in tons of players, i assume it would get old pretty fast, and the teambuilding was shit too, but your conclusion is not a fair assesment due to aboves reasoning
