Keep tasks should be removed

These were put in during OF to get people to take/defend keeps. Now that NF is in place, it is not needed anymore.

Instead, maybe an Attack Albion/Mid/Hib task should take place. This leaves it open to the BGs on which keep to attack and Pilz may actually have to think for himself.

As it stands now, many will just sit in the keep to defend it for the task, even though there are no attackers, such reducing the action.

where do you think the keepsitters will go when you remove the task that tells them to defend?

i doubt that they transform into active RvR-groups roaming the frontier...

I don't mind the keep tasks, I just mind that you can get credit by being afk in the keep.
In general the whole task system needs an overhaul.

Right now you get a fixed amount for completion, which to my knowledge is hardly affected by RR, and then a bonus for how much you contributed.

The tasks should be changed to be one RP reward that is made up by: XXX amount * Multiplier for RR (low RR=high multiplier) * Multiplier for participation (damage taken, healed and dealt) * (1+number of keeps taken the last 2 hours) = Reward

Can add another multiplier for keep tasks if you take the keep, but a successful defense should be it's own reward.

Reward should be near zero for low participation, zero/zip/nil for standing afk in a keep, and near zero for high RR.

Tasks have a set reward and a pool, only for the pool part does participation (damage, damage taken etc.) matter. Both are scaled down with higher rr.
