A couple of random suggestions for guilds to better manage the defense of their keeps:
1. The current message that is visible to all guild members when a keep level changes is not helpful.
"Your guild's keep XXX is now level X. It is on the way to level 10."
The problem here is the latter part is invariant. The keep is always on the way to level 10! Also, the message doesn't tell you whether this change is going up or going down. A more useful message would be,
'Your guild's keep XXX is now level X. It was previously level Y."
2. Give guilds a way to know if their keep is being withered. Alert online guild members when a caravan headed to their keep is killed. For positive feedback, perhaps a message to let guild members that a caravan arrived safely.
3. Give guilds a command to let them know the status of the outer door. Something like /gc doors could give a handy report about the current strength of the keep doors.
4. (non-guild related) Display current keep levels on the keep info page, or have a different way to let non-owning folks find out which keeps are being attacked or are being subjected to withering.
