I have been thinking, why are all mobs/npc with in the content not x - level. And as a hidden level we are lvl 50, and start at lvl 1. As a skill /ability level (Not class level)I feel that that way the realms are going to feel fare more dangerous and "real" And then maybe focus more on - faction level with the mobs/npc (As already in the game to some extent)?

Are you saying you want all monsters to be roughly the same level no matter what level a player is?

So the player level when it comes to mobs will remain static, but there will also be “normal levels” which will have no effect on con as we are technically 50?

If this is what you mean I see there being some merit to the idea when it comes to certain aspects of of PvE and exploring the game world. Unfortunately it would be a huge hassle to design and not really serve much of a tangible purpose. The goal of the devs is for the average player to spend 48 hours leveling through the PvE zones. It just isn’t a high priority. Why completely rework what ain’t broke.
