Installed siege in towers/keeps

At the moment siege equipment in towers or keeps (oil, palintone, treb) can be disabled by taking their hit points down to below 25%. The siege stays this way until the structure is taken, the siege is destroyed fully or maybe a server reset. This leads to some siege being unusable for an almost infinite amount of time. Since defenders usually have a hard time defending vs. almost unlimited amounts of siege from the outside (recent count at Crauchon was 34 catapults outside) it would be good if the installed siege is not staying in this disabled stage forever.

Suggestion to solve this: make siege repairable like doors when the keep is out of combat. Another possibility is to destroy it and trigger repop timer when the keep is out of combat or repop it right away.
