Incentive for sieging a keep without port cut

This is just a rough idea, but I've seen Polemo doing keep raid few times without cutting the port in the past.
Of course it was when Alb zerg had crazy amount of number compared to the enemy BG.
But it was interesting to see, for example, him sieging Glen when mids were free to port inside the keep.
I believe he was just doing it for fun, taking risk for nothing actually.
Maybe he was bored to see no resistance for hours.

My suggestion here is, what about giving incentive for attacking a keep without port cut?
For example, just taking Berk keep without taking Berk gt/wt/op in advance.
Maybe it can be granting twice the rps for taking a keep, or twice the rp pool,
or even getting all the towers of the keep at once when the keep is taken.

I know this kind of situation won't happen that often, but there are definitely some times when the population imbalance is kinda huge.
So, I think this can give a reason for the dominating BG to take a risk, instead of boring but safe routine(cutting ports by taking towers before keep siege).
Also, this might create more action in defender pov, cuz overwhelmed realm can port to the keep freely and safely.
Even the people who aren't interested in defending the keep might wanna try it, cuz, you know, port is easy and you get into instant action.

Enabling one more possible tactic by giving some incentive won't be bad at least for both realm.

sounds like bonus-RPS for being already so dominant that you don't even have to worry about defenders porting inside...
So...while we are at it, why not implement RPs for killing levelers near enemy relic wall, it would incentive people to take the risk of venturing faaaar into the depths of the enemy territory
Also increased RPs for running over smallmens as a fullgroup to incentive taking the risk of losing speed and being a sitting duck

Sorry for the snark, but seriously. Incentivizing "taking risks" mostly benefits those for whom it isn't really a risk, and fucks over everyone else by luring them into bad decisions

I don't even think your examples have any similarities with my suggestion.
"Incentivizing taking risk" in this case actually incentivize opponents as well, and I don't know how granting free port can "fuck em up".
There will be zergs rolling out no matter what, and they will take keeps no matter what. They will do it anyway.
My suggestion is just to affect "how they take keep", and just an effort to balance out(even if it is small) when numbers are severely unbalanced.
Giving a chance to get a safe port inside a keep is far better than bunch of stragglers being picked off while trying to run into sieged keep, in defender's pov.

When there is a huge gap of number on each realm, in lots of cases, it just turns into PvD and defenders just give up defending.
But still, most of the dominating BG leaders don't tend to take any risk cuz they know they will be criticized hard if they wipe by doing "risky things" "just for fun".
That's why sieging a keep while port is still active has done very rarely.
Taking risk "just for fun" is not that attractive to them.

But if you give the BG leaders a justification for taking a risk, and give them a good excuse to do "stupid movement",
i'm sure they will start to try it out in less dominating situations.
And if the dominating realm takes risk, it is of course beneficial for defending realm, and this also gives a reason for them to not give up defending.
