In Hibernia you can buy the Robe of Wailing Vines (Bainshee) Vest from Feather Merchant for feather without any Class Restriction, so you can use it on every Cloth Char.
The Bugtracker about it got closed with the hint "this is a suggestion" not a bug..
So i ask here to implement the Pendants (Heretic/Alb and Warlock/Mid) without Class restriction too.
The Stats on the Zam link are not the Same like on the Vest here, so i put a Picture from the Hib (Bainshee) Vest here to show them.
