Implement lvl settings for /lfg chat

Like the title says. The /lfg chat is a great additon to the server and very useful even at lvl 50 for finding RvR groups etc. But the constant spam (yes spam) from low lvls looking for xp groups is very (very..) annoying. The "other server" had a great solution to this, offering the options to see all, see 50 only or see +-10 lvls. Any chance for this option on Phoenix would be awesome.

If something like that was implemented, it would be helpful if people could set what levels they want to broadcast to.

A player might be doing something with one char while looking for a group for a different char.

Players who have lots of alts benefit from being able to broadcast for multiple characters at the same time.

It is weird that a chat channel seems to work so much better than a dedicated LFG tool.
