Idea for underpopulated realm for Launch

So I was thinking about all the years playing this game and always remembered trying to get some where on an underpopulated realm and just getting obliterated enroute.

what I propose is:

The underpopulated realm should get access to a Second port into RvR.
Create a obelisk or portal area kind of centralized in each realm.
access only given to the most underpopulated realm, will give them 2 forms of entry into rvr and eliminate the PK camping of said underpopulated realm. because you wont know which they are porting too.

Now that being said sure, doing this puts the other two realms at a disadvantage, simply because this realm could mass a quick force pretty deep in said realm. But it will keep the underpopulated realm playing and hopefully attract more people to switch or signup to start there as they will be able to get into action pretty quick.

Now I believe there should be a delay on said port, so put the porting ceremony back in and make a necklace for said obelisk and have it go off every 10-15 minutes.
Giving defending realm a chance to recover and so they aren't overwhelmed and hit by wave after wave.

im sure there could be some other ideas attached to this, but I think this is a good idea to keep underpopulated realms in the thick of things and by underpopulated I don't mean a few less people, I mean when it gets to the point where its so discouraging to rvr that you just end up switching to the powerhouse or the second strongest realm rather then try to compete as the underdog.

your thoughts?

I am all for incentives/boni for the underdog realm, but i don't believe this is a good solution (although that is just my gut feeling)

Does the underdog realm really get camped that much? Wouldn't camping the other realm be worth more since more enemies come out anyways?

Imo underdog boni need to cover two main functions:

a) make switching to that realm easier. For example XP boni, higher geardroprates, more gold (although geardrops/gold etc must be carefully balanced, so it doesn't incentive people already playing there to go PvE instead of RvR, since that would exacerbate the problem.

b) give that realm boni that lower the impact of the population imbalance (slippery slope here, solo/smallmen/8vs8 should not be impacted, but the overall realmwar should (imo) not be decided mainly by shear size of the zerg). Very hard to design and balance, i don't know, maybe combatboni only in keep/relicraid situations, maybe more or stronger guards, tougher keepdoors etc...
