Hybrid access to caster RAs

Any chance these are a bit more normalized across classes? For example reaver and champ can get wild arcana despite being a base fighter class. Skald and thane do not despite also being base fighter. But skald can get mastery of arcane which reavers do not. Thane gets ethereal bond and nothing else.

I can understand the argument of it helping each class/realm stay unique and different but would like to hear any thoughts.

My only thing is, do we want all classes to be the same thing?

Every class should have access to different things making them a bit unique.

Balancing out RAs is a far cry from homogenization. It can be argued that giving classes access to more passive RAs opens up room for even more diversity as some lesser used builds (Stormcalling Thane, Smite Cleric) can really benefit from have access to all of the casting passives.

I know we have all suffered through Mythic's "let's give everyone a .9 anytime style" method of doing things, but this fear that any changes to classes or RAs will result in backsliding into that mire needs to stop. Withholding small things that could make certain unused lines a little more viable in fear of a slippery slope isn't rational. Every class does have unique things because every class in this game is unique. As long as any changes that are made to a class stay within their theme and don't rip off major, class-defining abilities that other classes have (Levi, Celerity, powerful anytimes, Nearsight, Disease, etc) they only serve to introduce more variety and an overall better playing experience.
