I don't understand why Eldritch get Ichor and Runemasters and Wizards don't. They all have the same Active RAs except Elds get Ichor. Ichor should be available to Runemasters and Wizards. This is a fair and balanced change that goes a long way to improve these classes, as well as make all the specs viable.
Eld is much better than RM and Wizard. Elds can Stun, Mez, and AE Root with Ichor. RM and Wizard only have root. Doesn't seem balanced, and giving Ichor of the Deep to RM and Wizards makes many specs much more viable in RvR.
