What about opening port to EV and opening up the center keep? Whatever realm owns the center keep gets a 10% rp bonus. And then do 5% rp bonus per each of the 3 towers. Maybe put some quest on EV for picking up 10 pumpkins and turning in for 500 rps. Get people out of pve'n keeps and relics and get some 8 man or zerg smashing on EV. It would be fun.

I'd like to see some changes to EV as well..
Atm it's an almost dead zone but has huge potential to create some action.

bring back that solo zone that was in volcanus with all the bridges, that shit was tooo much fun.

They would have to fix the mapping first.. They have all 3 maps on top of each other so that's why there is so much lag. They spoke about it when we first went to NF due to the lag issue. I agree it would be a lot of fun if they could figure out how to map things or whatever it actually is.
