Hi and thanks for making Phoenix so fantastic!

Just a quick suggestion - finding useful rogs in housing for templates is becoming more and more difficult. People stuff their consignments full of low utility items and price them so that price filters are next to useless.

The ability to set a min/max utility would solve that problem almost immediately.

Would love you to consider it!

It should be mandatory, was less so with out only rogs for templates (since you knew names to search for) but now its a needle in a haystack (dont laugh i wasnt sure how to spell it)

I believe Vivien announced they are working on revamp of CM search pannel and then the live patch that messed up a lot of things happened. I supposed that increased their volume of work in other areas where it wasn't planned to. So it has probably been put on hold, but the intention is there and they are aware of the issue.
