Housing merchant suggestions - Phoenix Freeshard

I suggest that the housing merchant no longer charge the 20% fee for buying items from it, if possible. Many times the housing maps do not line up to where the actual house numbers are. The will benefit many people both on the selling and buying side of the transactions. ( I know you can do /houseface, but if I am going to run across many zones, I would rather do it for a fight or a farming session.)

Another suggestion, and I do not even know if this is possible, can we make it so you are able to look up items by utility? This will be so helpful in building templates. Prices are already all over the map for items, so this will help look for what you need without having to spend hours in front of the merchant trying to get lucky on a find.

I like both suggestions, but feel the first one is fine as it is. An additional suggestion would be multi-page sorting. Many times I will have 3 pages to go through, and each page needs to be sorted individually. It would be nice if the sort applied to all three pages. To clarify: if all three pages show an item for 3p, then sorting should apply all three into the first list. This is really only needed if we can't sort by utility.

If you could make only one change, searching by utility would be epic. But he forwarned, doing so would cause wealthy people to snipe them and resell. It could end up having a detrimental effect on the economy. This happens in many MMOs. Rich people snipe and relist. Since so many people have already made hundreds of plat, before the salvage nerf, this is very likely to happen... Just something to consider.
