Heal over Time for Midgard - Phoenix Freeshard

Midgard is currently missing heal over time spell, we currently have two classes that give regeneration spells (Shaman and Skald).

Shaman currently has a single target and group regen spell (Frigg's x, Fungal x), how about replacing the functionality of the single target regen spell (Frigg x) with a single target heal over time spell?
Heal over time isn't a realm specific ability (Friar and Mentalist) and It would make the mending line worth specing into as regen spells aren't very useful in RvR.

Multiple classes in Hib have damage adds though, no?
Enchanter for buff and Warden for chant.

I agree. The realms are different for a reason. We don't want to have each realm become an exact copy of each other.

HoTs for this patch lvl are atrocious. The pow and cast time vs the return is warped. Friar highest spec HoT is a 4sec cast costs 94 power and only returns 336 total HP, vs a single target heal which costs 30 power at 2.5 sec and give 396 hps.

The Friar version is a group spell so the potential is higher than that.

The Hib damage add is not a baseline spell; it's a spec spell in the Enchantment line. Quite literally, nobody specs an Enchanter high in Enchantment.

Menties get dmg add do they not? I believe it is baseline. Every group wants a menty so every group has access to a dmg shield?

You read it wrong (unless he edited) he talks about Damage add in his post =)
