My understanding the gtaoe on void and earth lines and runemaster should be a non resistable spell at any level ?

So it's a bug then? You should report it. I couldn't find evidence of what you're saying with quick google search, but doesn't mean you're wrong.

Yep, all GTAE anything has always been non-resistible on live.
