As a stealth player, I find it a shame that the only unique RA we own is so uninteresting, especially in visible groups. Basically, the RA gives our group an extra chance to evade. But in fact it is not very interesting, so I wanted to propose an overhaul of it.
My idea would be to make it a defensive RA. It would allow us to offer an additional defence to our group, but especially to our support. In this sense, the evade percentages should be increased to make it more interesting. (10, 20, 30, 40 ? 30 sec duration ? for example). Obviously, to avoid any abuse, it should not affect stealth classes and its launcher, for a logical reason. And the RA had to become inactive, much like SOS, as soon as the character performs an attack action.
I have no illusions, the RA would still be little used, but it would nevertheless become more interesting.
