It may seem like a silly idea, but let me explain why Portal Zone keeps should matter more.
I know a lot of Hibs want to be able to port to DC to get back to Emain faster, so why not allow them to port to DC if they own it. Well I think that is the wrong idea, but I do agree a keep like DC in Emain should be important.
Portal Keeps are the first line of defense for defending realms. One of the issues in Emain Macha is that zergs will log jam at AMG. A lot of Emain gets unused because of this. If owning DC gave a 5% RP bonus, then players would have more of a reason to fight over it. That would spread players out more in Emain, so not everyone is in one part of the zone.
The same can be the case in Odin's or Hadrian's Wall. I think it would be preferable if the 5% RP bonus only applied for the frontier that the keep was in. So if you owned Caer Benowyc in Hadrian's Wall, then your realm would only earn 5% bonus RP in Albion frontiers.
The first realm task is always in the portal keep zone. Giving a 5% RP bonus would enourage players to fight at those keeps more often, and owning the portal zone keep would give players a nice RP bonus for the rest of their realm tasks in that frontier.
