Fully Upgraded Keeps Plz

It would give realms that are underpopulated a fighting chance and other melee classes a fighting chance by being able to use the siege hook points for the guards. Plus with upgraded keeps we could easily defend with less people .

You could, but I dare say it would be a nightmare trying to take a full upgraded keep as the under populated realm as well.
