French translation

Hello,

As i saw there are a lot of french players on this server.

I Guess that the translation of everything / or a part of the environnement of theplayers could be a good idea and can give us a better experience of gaming on Phoenix.

If needed I am volunteer to work on it :-D

Hope that this will be found as a good idea.

I'm french speaking.
I do believe that anything forcing french people to learn English is good.

I have seen guildies progress just by playing. I know of one example of someone whom is now fluent and started from a very basic level.

Sometimes people need a bit of push

(of course I wouldn't be against it, it's just that I believe learning English is pretty much an asset for anyone).
