focus all spell lines - spellcrafting

I'll put it here. It would be nice to have this spellcrafting gem available. Otherwise everyone will run around with a rog staff, which for a staff isn't really a big problem,
But it will take a way a big part of use for fletchers. And also on crafted staffs you can put charges which is nice.

Just a thought.

I dont think its needed due to rog staff having more utility anyways.

Do rog staffs have volatile procs or charges? gues i'll see tomorrow anyway :>
