Fix The Issue Where Pets Cast into and Enter Keeps

There's a big problem on the server where class pets like Theurg pets can cast into and enter keeps such as in the battle grounds. Necros can also park their pets in the ck and have them cast on players or Hunter's Avatars without LOS. This has made for some very unbalanced fights. Please fix this ASAP.
