Fill up HP / Mana / Endu after Level Up

I guess this suggestion is pretty obvious and standard in RPGs for decades.

Please make this happen - fill up HP / Mana / Endu everytime a char has a level up. This would make leveling even more exciting and smooth

City of Heroes did this as well as reviving your character if you had died. (You were still able to get xp even dead) I'm all for it.

Seems like one of those nice perks without big downsides.

It may have a downside...in RvR, non 50s and specially BG's, it may be a problem if you're about to kill someone and his group kills another player, gets exp and levels up filling them up and now you'll be the one dieing...

But in PvE, yeah I agree it would be nice.

Maybe have a flag that if the players are in a RvR zone, it doesn't fill when they ding.

I agree BUT i must mention: this feature has killed me before

I was so close to level up, and wanted to benefit from the fill-up, so i deemed my ressources to be enough but they weren't and i died, with the mob barely alive. ^^

This is a 1 out of a million corner case - and I would rather laugh if an opponent would be saved by a level up.
