I played Eldritch 1-49 during event, i think its way too strong!
I haven't played much caster before @ExcretusMaximus.
It felt overly easy compared to melee.

NS should last 30seconds and give 15second of immunity.
NS when it lands makes any caster almost useless. It is very strong.
Most of the time I was landing the NS on a healer or Mezzer or other NSer and it would mean the death of 2/5 of their player for sure. So they lose the fight.
During the event the the fights were constant, and with 1min immunity, it meant that the strength of that class (NS) is gone when somebody else had given immunity.
I would prefer to have NS kept as strong, maybe cured more easily, but then less immunity so that it stays relevant in constant action. I could also recast it sooner in long fights.

Hib casters ranged stun spells level 36 and 46 should be removed to reduce stun duration and increase resist rate.
This baseline stun is way too strong. I just stun and continuous DD the target, if he doesnt have a purge or determination he is dead.
Target is CCed, gets stunned and assist casted down before a healer can heal it or get in range and heal it.
Maybe instead we could say that this stun grants 30% magic resist, so that the stun is not used in assist DPS. Its way too strong.
To reduce duration and increase resist rate will nerf it a little but I agree it might not be the best way to deal with it.

Baseline DDs should be at least 2.8 cast speed, maybe even 3.0 cast speed.
For the whole 1-44 lvl I was using the baseline DDs because cast speed is more important than DPS most of the time.
This made my spec DD less good which should never be the case.
It also mean that I can not spec in a damage line and still get away with great damage and cast speed.
To make this go from 2.6 cast speed to 2.8 would make it even with spec DD, yet spec will be better for damage type or power cost.
3.0 will balance it even better IMO.

Damage and Snare should be 2.8 cast speed.
When melee dps are rushing with speed, I would like to be able to have a quick solution (snare) and this is not quick enough at 3.0 speed.
I think its not worth to go mana if this is so slow casting speed.
At least until high RR when I can spend lots of points in AugDex 6 and Arts6. <= means that RR is almost mandatory to make things viable...

Wasting 8% of mana when archers burst the bubble while fighting, or when out of mana after rez, or when spending full mana during fight.
IMO 4sec cast time is already enough.

This debuff is too strong, for an instant cast, I can accept the support stats to be instant (casting speed, strength, attackspeed) but the hp debuff (con) should be casted, otherwise you just put it all the time on an assist and their is no downside apart from manacost which is just the cost of one DD spell.
If I need to debuff to spell damage, which is the equivalent kinda, I have to cast 2sec spell, why not for con?
