Hey, could we upp all feather items that are not 100% qual to 100% qual.
I don't see any reason why there should be feather items with 95% quality noone will ever use - and if someone buys them, because the proc looks good and realises its 95% qual he just wasted his feathers for a useless item.
Would be great to fix this and thereby give more feather proc options.
- I also suggest doing the same for all regular dungeon drops and maybe lifting some/all of the boss drops from 16.2 dps to 16.5, so they can be used too -
