Here is an idea for a very simple event:
Create some sort of mana field that gives tiny amounts of realm points every few seconds. Put one such field into FZ somewhere and promote its location. After a while (15-20 minutes?) , change the location of that Realm Point Field and again promote its location.
People will try to get inside that 'moshpit'. The realm currently dominating the pit will automatically face the 2 other realms. There will probably be a continuous slaughterfest around that field with the dominance oscillating between the 3 realms.
