Assassin's evade here already too high imo and that's without dodger. If they added it you would see some classes have a 50-60% Dodge vs them, no thanks I'd prefer less rng fights.
At least for Sins it looks like all spec same, they get theire purge, vanish and then its MoP MoA and some aug stats. High rr is just more of same. And they give evade/swingspeed a big hit with the charge nerf
