Dual chants - Phoenix Freeshard

There does seem to be plans to bring harps, so this does seem like a logical step as well.

What it does is mainly remove the need to twist, as most chars who use more then one chant often do speed + X.

Are there any major balance implications or similar that would prevent this from being available?

I would just take speed off all the chant lines and make it a castable self buff for Skald/Bard/Minst

There was a reason mythic left twisting as it was. It had a downside through CD use and mana/stam cost. It was meant for something like a big CD pop like in WoW. Allowing people to run multiple songs/buffs at once would make those classes super imbalanced without the downsides mentioned. Examples would be having a skald running multiple resist buffs or a resist and dam song at the same time. This would make the class stupid op vrs casters. Can this be done now? Yes but it costs a GCD and mana/stam to do so which means the skald is less effective in combat.

Oh well shit my bad did not know about that change. I stopped playing right before lab came out so last i understood they only ever wanted one chant at a time.

Yeah this also happened after mythic lost contorl of the game sooooooooooo it's not a mythic created change. So based on my previous comment the original intention was as i stated and not a lie.
